Our Alberta website maintenance plans start at $149 a month. Care is $165 month to month, $149 on a 12-month agreement, or $1,650 prepaid for the year. Essential, with 3 hours of edits, is $330, $295 or $3,300. Business, with 6 hours and same-day response, is $550, $495 or $5,500. All prices are in CAD plus GST.

Every plan includes plugin, theme and WordPress updates checked by hand, security scanning, uptime monitoring with alerts, a monthly backup check and a monthly report showing what was done. Essential adds 3 hours of edits each month. Business adds 6 hours, a quarterly speed check and same-day response. Care and Essential clients get a response by the next business day.

Yes. Many of the sites we look after were built by someone else, so we start with a free website check that shows what shape your site is in before you sign up. WordPress sites get the full plan, including updates and security scanning. Wix, Squarespace and Shopify run their own updates, so those plans cover edits, uptime monitoring and the monthly report.

No. Hosting is separate, so you only pay for what you need. Shared hosting is $15 a month. For $60 a month, your site runs on its own private server, with no other websites sharing its speed or its security risks. The private server is available with any maintenance or SEO plan, and server management is included. Backups are taken at the hosting level, and we check every month that they are running and complete.

Business plan clients get a same-day response on business days. Care and Essential clients get a response by the next business day. Uptime monitoring runs around the clock, so an outage sends an alert right away instead of waiting for a customer to tell you. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and you deal directly with Ron Reichert.

Month-to-month plans cancel with 30 days’ notice. A 12-month agreement is a firm commitment for the full year, with no early cancellation, and continues month to month after that. A prepaid year is non-refundable and includes 2 free months. The 12-month and prepaid prices are lower because you commit to the full year.

No. Edit hours reset each month and do not roll over. Care includes no edit hours, and extra edits on any plan are billed at $110 an hour in 30-minute blocks. If you regularly need more time, moving up a plan costs less than paying hourly. Essential adds 3 hours for $165 more than Care, which works out to $55 an hour.

Security scanning on every plan is there to catch problems early. If a site is hacked, cleanup is billed separately, starting at $149. Most WordPress hacks get in through outdated plugins and themes, which is exactly what hand-checked monthly updates close off. A maintained site is a much harder target than one left alone.

Yes. SEO and AEO plans start at $895 a month and include Care-level maintenance, plus the content changes your SEO needs, such as updating service pages and adding answers to common questions. Redesigns and new pages are quoted separately. Search rankings depend on a fast, secure, up-to-date website, so we look after both together.
